Better Tomorrow Foundation

The project is called the Better Tomorrow Foundation where the design problem that is the numerous wars and bombings that are currently taking place in Lebanon, that people lost count of, and destroying the country. Resulting from the destructible war or bombing, people are losing their homes, family members, and loved ones. It also affects many people mentally and emotionally and resulted in many damages, where they need support continue living their lives. Many families have become homeless due to the war or bombing happening, having nowhere to go with their children. They would lack resources such as shelter, food, drinks to survive and live.

For the design proposal, hearing about everything happening in Lebanon and all the events resulted in the need to help the people suffering and being affected by whatever event happened, in terms of design. The proposal is to create a temporary shelter for them to live in until they sort their lives and everything out and fixing whatever damage the war had caused them. The reason for the shelter being temporary is to give other people a chance to come and live in when they are affected by the war and same event. The users of the building will be the homeless, displaced families who have been affected by traumatizing events. They also include people who have suffered mentally and emotionally throughout their lives. Children, adults, old people, men, women, and adolescents. The palace will include food and drinks for everyone, including people outside who are not living in the shelter and are in need. The decision to add this was to help and support people who got affected as much as possible. The palace will also include a clinic to help and heal people who have been injured from the war or bombing. As for people who need support mentally and emotionally, from losing loved ones and family members, the palace will have a section where it will help people in need of support in those areas to help them continue their lives and find the normal in it again.
